These terms explain how a reservation enquiry becomes a confirmed private tour or transfer booking. Service-specific conditions and mandatory consumer rights under applicable law prevail over inconsistent general descriptions.

Service and booking confirmation

Book Private Istanbul presents private tour, guiding, airport transfer and related travel service options. A website enquiry is not itself a confirmed booking. Before confirmation, the guest is informed in writing of the service, date, passenger count, pickup and drop-off details, total price, included and excluded items, payment method and applicable cancellation conditions.

Price and payment

Prices are confirmed for each booking. Unless expressly stated, admission tickets, meals, gratuities and optional extras are not included. No online payment is collected by the enquiry form itself. Where a separate payment arrangement is offered, the guest receives the relevant details before paying.

Changes and cancellations

Changes are subject to availability and any agreed service-specific terms. The Payment & Cancellation Policy provides general guidance; the written confirmation for the specific booking controls where permitted by law. Statutory consumer rights are not waived by these terms.

Service delivery

Guides and drivers are assigned according to availability and service requirements. Travel times, venue access and itineraries may be affected by traffic, weather, security procedures and attraction closures. Material changes will be communicated as reasonably possible.
