Meeting & pickup
We need chair type, folded/unfolded dimensions, total occupied weight, transfer ability and companion count. Lift-vehicle service is subject to availability and begins no earlier than 09:00.
Tickets
Admission is separate. Accessibility and companion-ticket policies are controlled by each official site and reconfirmed before the tour.
Duration & walking
Typically 4–8 hours. Distance varies widely; historic surfaces, ramps, security and elevators can add time.
Suitability & accessibility
For wheelchair users, slower walkers, seniors and guests needing a low-sensory or rest-aware plan. A travel companion is required when personal care, lifting or continuous wheelchair pushing is needed.
Payment, confirmation & cancellation
Your request is reviewed before it becomes a confirmed booking. Cash in EUR, USD, TRY or GBP is preferred; card payment at the office POS normally carries the bank’s approximately 5–7% processing fee. Unless your written quote states a stricter supplier term, cancellation at least 24 hours before service is refundable. Yacht, special vehicle, ticket and third-party activity bookings may have separate conditions, which are shown before payment.
No compulsory shopping—ever
There are no required carpet, leather, jewelry, spice or souvenir stops. A shop, market or workshop is included only when it is part of the advertised subject or you ask for it. You are always free to leave without buying.
Know before you go
- “Accessible” in historic Istanbul is route-specific, not absolute.
- Elevators or ramps can close without notice.
- The guide and driver cannot provide medical or personal-care assistance.
- Share all essential needs before payment so feasibility can be confirmed.

No. Please travel with a companion if continuous pushing or personal assistance is required.

Can a mobility scooter fit?
Possibly, but only after we confirm dimensions, weight and the specific vehicle.
